Centre for Educational Practices (CEP) is a team of educators, animators and social researchers cooperating with ZAMEK Cultural Centre in Poznań. CEP design activities in the field of cultural education and audience development (eg. our projects "Sensitive Images", "Zamek OTWARTY"), organize workshops broadening the competences of animators, teachers, curators (eg. our projects "School of Animation Practices", "ZAMKOWY narzędziownik"), as well as employees of the institution itself. Moreover, based on the needs of public sectors, CEP develop the "Poznań Cultural Education Programme" and, in cooperation with National Centre for Culture and The Marshal Office of the Wielkopolska Region in Poland, conduct a three-year project "Bardzo Młoda Kultura: Wielkopolska!” (BMK), which financially support unique projects for social innovation in the field of cultural education for teachers.
As a group of social researchers we also conduct a permanent diagnosis and evaluation of the cultural and educational sector in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship and organize networking activities between the two sectors. When programming the activities, the CEP team pay special attention to the aspect of their accessibility for people from different social groups and with different types of disabilities.
